Sophie Hale

I am a primary school teacher with a passion for outdoor learning. My husband and I have three young children who we raise in a Montessori-inspired way. I have always been in awe of the Danish model of education and passionate about forest schools, truly believing in the power of child-led, real life learning.
I knew what I wanted for my own children, so I created The Fledglings.
Jane Gwynne
Early Years Education
BA (Hons) PGCE with QTS
I am a primary school teacher and a mum of four. I have taught children of all ages for over 20 years- from managing nurseries to fostering teenagers and everything in between.
I have taught in lots of mainstream schools in various roles and am really excited to bring my knowledge and experience into alternative education.
Kennedy Harris

I am a mum of two girls aged 3 and 6 and I love working with children. I have worked in the education sector for the past 10 years and I am passionate about helping children to learn and teaching them new skills. I love finding out about what each child is interested in and thinking of ways to build on their interests and experiences.
